Privacy notice
Privacy at W.I.S.E.
A plain-language notice about information you choose to send through the W.I.S.E. website, email and linked Microsoft Forms intake.
Information you choose to provide
W.I.S.E. may receive information that you send by email, phone, the project-brief form or another direct business interaction. That can include your name, organization, contact information and the business problem or service request you describe.
How W.I.S.E. uses inquiry information
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, evaluate fit, prepare scope or estimates, communicate about an engagement and maintain appropriate business records. W.I.S.E. does not need sensitive production data simply to discuss whether a project is a fit.
External services
The public project brief opens in Microsoft Forms, and email is handled through W.I.S.E. business email services. Hosting, email and form providers may process technical or submitted information under their own service terms and privacy practices. Links to other websites are governed by those sites, not this notice.
Website analytics and interaction data
W.I.S.E. uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors find and use the public website. These services can collect technical and interaction information such as pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, referral information, and interactions with links or page elements.
W.I.S.E. configures conversion events for actions such as consultation links, project-brief links, Microsoft Forms opens, phone and email links, assessment links, Microsoft Bookings links, and external LinkedIn links. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings that help W.I.S.E. identify usability problems, understand navigation behavior, and see where visitors may get stuck. Clarity masking controls are used to reduce exposure of sensitive content in recordings. W.I.S.E. does not intentionally configure analytics to collect the contents of public form fields, email messages, or phone calls.
Google and Microsoft process analytics information under their respective service terms and privacy practices. Analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies, subject to browser, regional consent, and privacy controls. Browser settings, extensions, or other privacy controls may limit some analytics collection.
Do not send sensitive information through public intake channels
Do not send passwords, access tokens, classified material, controlled information, protected personal information or confidential client data through the public form or general email. If an engagement requires access to sensitive systems or data, the method and boundary should be agreed before access is provided.
